2. The service

Renavize is a directory that connects homeowners with independent contractors. We do not perform or guarantee any home-services work, and we are not a party to any contract between you and a contractor.

3. Contractor listings

Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, licensing, and insurance. Always verify a contractor's license and insurance before hiring.

4. Leads & subscriptions

Pro subscribers keep the leads generated by their profiles as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renavize is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service or any contractor's work.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
